A very special guest and his helpful elves are coming to the Tunnel of Lights this December, to help make your Christmas wishes come true. Santa and his elves have been working hard all year to make Charlestown the most festive place on earth, and he can’t wait to say MERRY CHRISTMAS to you!
This experience includes meeting with Santa and his elves, and a very special festive keepsake to take home.
And remember to find out if you’ve made the naughty or nice list…don’t forget, he always checks twice!
IMPORTANT: If you are planning to enjoy the Tunnel of Lights event on the same day as your Santa visit, then we highly recommend you organise your Santa visit BEFORE your Tunnel of Lights entry time. This will make sure that you will not have to rush through the Tunnel of Lights, especially as there are so many additional interactive moments to enjoy.
Located before the entry to Tunnel of Lights, this magical experience is a separate ticketed event and all those wishing to experience the Tunnel of Lights, This is Christmas will need to purchase an additional entry ticket.
It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure that they are on time for their allocated timed entry into both events.
A visit to Santa will take approximately 10 minutes in total, from arrival to exit. Please note the meet and greet with Santa is not 10 minutes in length.
If you were planning to do the Tunnel of Lights events on the same day as your Santa visit, then we highly recommend you organise your Santa visit BEFORE your Tunnel of Lights entry. This will make sure that you will not have to rush through the Tunnel of Lights, especially as there are so many additional interactive moments to enjoy.
To book your visit with Santa, select your 10 min ticket allocation for up to 8 people. Please book another timeslot if your group is larger than 8.
Please note, you will only be allowed access to the grotto at your allocated booking time. Should you arrive too early, you will be asked to return at the correct time. Please see FAQ’s for more information about your visit to Santa.
Every child ticket includes a gift to take home and treasure. The gift will be age appropriate and non-exchangeable.
Every booking MUST have one supervising adult.
