You may be refused entry if you do not arrive within your specified time slot.

The historic tunnels beneath the Shipwreck Treasure Museum are not accessible to wheelchairs, prams and mobility scooters. However, the rest of the experience is wheelchair friendly.

The Tunnel of Lights contains sections of flashing lights which are reflected on the floor, please be aware of this if any of your party have any sensory needs or sensitivity to flashing lights.

Due to their historic nature, the tunnels can be wet and suitable footwear is advised.

The ticket entry time is valid for 15 minutes eg. if you purchase a ticket for 10am, you can arrive at any time between 10am and 10:15am. Once you have arrived, there is no time limit. take your time and enjoy our magical Tunnel of Lights!
